In the spirit of our Founder,
Sr. Renora Mary FIH

Warm and heartfelt greetings to each of you on this special occasion of our ''Founder's Day''! Today, as we lovingly commemorate the 151st death anniversary of the Servant of God Louis Savinien Dupuis, our beloved Founder and guiding light, we pause in gratitude and reverence for the life of the holy missionary who gave everything to plant the seed of our FIH Congregation in Pondicherry in the year 1844. Though he left this earthly life on June 4th, 1874, his spirit continues to live in each of us - through our Charism, our mission and our commitment to the service of God and humanity. His life of deep faith, simplicity, tireless missionary zeal and dedication to the service of women and children continue to inspire and shape our mission today. As daughters of his vision, let us renew our fidelity to the values he lived and died for. Let us strive to carry forward his legacy with humility, courage and unwavering trust in the Divine Providence. Let our Founder's Day be a time of prayer, reflection, and joyful recommitment to our mission. May God continue to bless our Congregation abundantly and may our beloved Founder intercede for us, guiding our Congregation in unity and love.
Wishing you all a blessed and grace-filled "Founder's Day"!
